UPDATE (1:00 PM): It has been reported that Police have retrieved one gun, drugs, and other weapons after Chris Brown threw a duffel bag out the window of his home.

Original Story: Chris Brown really can’t catch a break these days.

According to TMZ, Chris Brown is currently under investigation for allegedly pulling a gun out on a woman early Tuesday morning. Reports state that the incident went down at Ray J‘s house while the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star was getting a tattoo done. A man who was an invited guest showed up with two women who weren’t invited and were asked to leave immediately. One of the two women is now claiming that Brown pulled a gun out on her, however, one of the guests inside the house is insisting that the singer was asleep the whole time.

Currently, Chris Brown is inside his house and is refusing to answer the door while SWAT continues to sit outside. They are in the process of obtaining a search warrant to see if the gun Brown allegedly had, matches the woman’s description.
