Mac Miller’s Drug Dealer Pleads Guilty, Faces Up To 20 Years In Jail

The man accused of supplying pills to Mac Miller that resulted in his death in 2018 has entered a guilty plea on one count of fentanyl distribution and faces up to 20 years in prison.

According to TMZ, Stephen Walter, the man accused of indirectly giving Miller the drugs, took a plea deal with the feds that resulted in another charge, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, to being dropped. Walter reportedly gave the drugs to Cameron James Pettit which were Percocet tablets laced with fentanyl. Pettit gave the laced drugs to Miller which resulted in his untimely death.

Court documents obtained by TMZ state that prosecutors are looking to recommend that Walter serve 17 years in prison with 5 years of supervised release. However, Walter could face the maximum sentence which is more than 20 years in prison with a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of $1 million.
