Back in December, Meek Mill was sent to court for violation of probation after failure to travel restrictions. Today, the Philly rapper appeared in court and has avoided jail time as he was sentenced to 90 days on house arrest. According to TMZ, house arrest includes being unable to perform at any shows or release any music. So, it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting Dreamchasers 4 anytime soon; and with Drake‘s Views From The 6 dropping in April, there won’t be any type of back and forth from the two for a while. Meek is only allowed to do community service in his hometown of Philadelphia and will officially be sentenced on March 1st after an evaluation from the judge.

Here’s what he had to say about the sentencing:

“I want to admit that I’m not perfect,” he said. “I’ve never been perfect. When talking to children, I never tell them that I am changed, that I’m a successful man. I tell them that I am a changing man working towards success.”
