Normani recently released her newest single titled ‘Fair.’ It’s the single that everyone has been waiting for since the beginning of the year.

From the album artwork to the lyrics, ‘Fair’ gives off an early 2000s type of feel, which plenty of people have enjoyed.

‘Is it fair that you moved on?
‘Cause I swear that I haven’t
Is it right that you’ve grown
And I’m still stuck in habits?’

The simplicity in the song’s instrumentals is rather effective as they allow Normani’s voice to cut through the track. These choices speaks to the type of vulnerability that comes with voicing one’s pain after feeling betrayed in what always seemed to have been a romantic partnership.

‘Cause I’m finding it strange
That you’re better than average
Hearts didn’t break down the middlе
Tell me how did that happen?

Later that same day, Normani took to The Jimmy Fallon Show to debut her new song. The entire production, directed by Allan Troy, certainly adds another layer to the song altogether. The singer performs in a sheer white dress with blue silk blowing in the background, providing an oceanic feel. The background coos make for an alluring break-up song.

Live Stream- Rich Homie Quan Celebration of Life Funeral Service miixtapechiick

On September 5, Dequantes Devontay Lamar, known to the world as Rich Homie Quan, tragically passed away at the age of 34.

Quan’s father and longtime manager, Corey Lamar, initially planned a small, private service for close family, stating it was important to “begin the healing process.” However, he later reconsidered, saying, “Without the fans, there would be no Quan.”

In honor of Rich Homie Quan’s life and legacy, Fox 5 Atlanta will be live streaming the funeral service at World Changers Church International in College Park.

Rich Homie Quan rose to prominence in 2013 with his breakout single “Type of Way,” which reached number 50 on the US Billboard Hot 100. His mixtape Still Goin’ In (Reloaded) was later named one of the top 10 mixtapes of the year by Rolling Stone. The following year, Quan teamed up with Problem for the hit single “Walk Thru” and joined forces with Birdman’s Rich Gang. Alongside Young Thug, he became part of the group’s success, with their single “Lifestyle,” produced by London On Da Track, earning platinum certification.

Quan later returned to his solo career, releasing his debut album Rich as in Spirit in 2018.
