On Tuesday (June 29), rapper Pooh Shiesty, born Lontrell Denell Williams Jr., was indicted on several charges by the feds in connection to a shooting in Bay Harbor Island, Florida October 2020 which resulted in two men being wounded.

Investigators connected Pooh Shiesty, 21, to the case after seeing incriminating pictures on Instagram. The photos were posted by the “Back In Blood” MC several days before the alleged robbery and shooting and featured “several long rifles and plethora of $100.00 bills,” according to the Miami Herald. After the robbery occurred, investigators reportedly found a Louis Vuitton bag that fell out of a McClaren vehicle which contained $40,912. Investigators were able to link both the money and the McClaren to Pooh Shiesty after spotting him pose with a green McClaren on Instagram and the serial number to one of the $100 bills.

Pooh Shiesty is being charged with discharging a firearm during a violent crime, conspiracy and robbery under a law regulating commerce.

Pooh Shiesty landed in jail over the reported robbery after a separate incident on Memorial Day at the King of Diamonds strip club where he allegedly shot a security guard.
