SZA Finally Releases New Single ‘Shirt’
Back in 2020, SZA teased her record “Shirt” on Instagram.
Later becoming a viral sound on TikTok as part of a dance challenge, the first lady of TDE decided to feature the Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins-produced track at the end of her “Good Days” visual. “Bloodstain on my shirt / New bitch on my nerves / Old ni**a got curved / Going back on my word / Damn, bitch, you so thirsty,” she sung.
Here we are two years later and SZA has finally returned with the official record for streaming and an accompanying cinematic visual, directed by Dave Myers and starring LaKeith Stanfield.
It looks like SZA has also teased another new record during the rolling credits as well. “Shirt” is a follow-up to SZA’s December 2021 release, “I Hate U.”
