Top Dawg Says Troy Ave Was Never Going to Sign to TDE

Following the release of Troy Ave‘s Nupac project, the B$B rapper made a claim on the album cut, “Truth Be Told PSA” that he almost signed with Top Dawg Entertainment, following an interaction with Kendrick Lamar. However, the deal apparently fell through. Today (Apr. 19), Top Dawg rejected those claims saying Ave was spreading fake news and a deal was never on the table.
