After freestyling over Cassidy‘s 2005 single, “I’m a Hustla” for Funk Flex, Tory Lanez raised eyebrows after Cassidy alleged that Tory stole his rhymes. Following up with a diss track titled “Perjury,” Cassidy thought he won the battle.
However, Tory Lanez returned with a diss track we didn’t see coming.
Celebrating his NFT album as an independent artist, Tory Lanez celebrated with “When It’s Dark” freestyle that sent everyone in a frenzy.
“I leave Cass body in that casket his career is in / My prime to your prime, dawg, it’s no comparison,” raps Tory. “What you gon’ prepare, some Smack DVD appearances / Ding, ding, ding, 15 seconds of fame is up / Was in them hotels with R. Kelly, we should flame you up.”
