As 6ix9ine continues to fight for his freedom, the Brooklyn rapper stood before a judge today and pleaded not guilty this past Monday (Nov. 26).
The “FEFE” rapper has been arrested since Nov. 18 for federal racketeering and firearm charges stemming from a string of armed robberies, drug dealings and shootings with his former comrades, the Nine Trey Bloods (known as “TreyWay”). 6ix9ine will begin trial Sept. 4 but will remain behind bars, according to TMZ. However, his attorney, Lance Lazzaro, plans on seeking a bail hearing.
6ix9ine was previously denied bail after Lazzaro offered to pay $750k, surrender his passport and remain on house arrest. As he awaits his trial date, the 22-year-old will be moved to another detention center due to “security reason.”
