#MASSMONDAYS: New Music from KIL The Artist & Billy Escobar, MonaVeli, Trottie Y Gizzle

It’s been a while since we’ve posted a #MASSMONDAYS, as we’ve been working on some behind-the-scenes stuff, but we’re back! This week, we’re featuring KIL The Artist & Billy Escobar and Monaveli who dropped their new projects last Friday, as well as Trottie Y Gizzle who ended March with a new visual of his own. MonaVeli – Rich (EP)

This past Friday, MonaVeli dropped her debut EP, Rich.

Hosted by Charlie Masheen of CWTFB Radio, Rich is supported by previously released singles, “Wants and Needs” and “Truth” featuring Tsu Surf, and features additional support from Shane Dylan, Paradox King, Wave6, JrMadeIt and Yae Marvelous.

“The goal is to forever put the city on,” said MonaVeli in an Instagram caption.

KIL The Artist & Billy Escobar – Only Built 4 Triple Beams

Following his 2020 EP, ‘Seperation,’ KIL The Artist & Billy Esobar have teamed up to release their 12-track effort, Only Built 4 Triple Beams.

Inspired by Raekwon & Ghostface Killah‘s 1995 release ‘Only Built 4 Cuban Linx,’ KIL The Artist & Billy Escobar tap on the services of BOSSDUNGUNZ and Alejandro Blanco.

“WE TOOK OUR TIME & WAS CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE,” said KIL at the time of the release. “ONLY BUILT 4 CUBAN LINX IS ONE OF OUR FAVORITE ALBUMS OF ALL TIME IYKYK. WE WANTED TO PAY HOMAGE TO A CLASSIC ONE OF THE REASON WE DO WHAT WE DO. IF WE DIDNT DO IT JUSTICE IS WASN’T COMING OUT. WE HAD TO PUT TOGETHER A TIMELESS BODY OF WORK”

Trottie Y Gizzle – Cold Heart

There isn’t a month that goes by without new heat from Trottie Y Gizzle. After delivering the video to “Light Stretch” just two weeks earlier, the Boston Drill rapper continues the campaign for his latest project Dancing With The Devil with the official video to “Cold Heart.”

Y Gizzle’s Dancing With The Devil features 18 tracks with features from Ricky Mazarati, Packo and Makda.

It’s been two years since we first encountered the enchanting Annike through her BTL Flee-assisted single, “See Me.” After a hiatus, the songstress is back, unveiling the official video for her latest masterpiece, “Onto U.” Under the direction of Santos Visions and Annike, the visual transports us to the early 2000s, where Annike lets her feelings be known to a man that has caught her attention. The video is a nostalgic blend of 2000s fashion, choreography, and more.

“My baby is finally out for everyone to hear,” she wrote in an Instagram caption upon the single’s October release. “Been 2 years since my last drop and it was a hell of a ride behind the scenes BUT some great music was made from it. excited to show y’all how much i’ve grown as an artist cause babyyyy this HEAT i got… u didn’t see coming.”
