Though Meek says it’s all love, the news comes after his disgruntled tweets back in February towards Atlantic Records. According to the Dreamchasers rapper, Atlantic Records allegedly took Roddy Ricch away from him and prohibited him from releasing music until it had been nine months after his 2021 release, Expensive Pain.
So look I made Atlantic records 100’s of millions and let them rape me out out Roddy a artist they came to me about in jail … they still saying I can’t drop music until 9 months after my last album got blackballed just wrapped buildings and Nina art with talent …

Now nine months later, Meek Mill took to Twitter to announce he would be dropping 10 mixtapes independently starting September. With Aug. 18 marking the death anniversary of his father, Meek will reportedly start his mixtape campaign then.
“F*ck it ima take the risk … a million behind every project! All sponsors connected to me or my brand tap in immediately I need y’all for this riskkkk ima take! #NOMAJORLABELVIBES,” he wrote in an Instagram caption.

Reality Star Erica Mena Fired from ‘LLHATL’ After Racial Slurs Aimed at Dancehall Artist Spice in Heated Clash

In a recent episode of the popular VH1 (now on MTV) reality series, “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” a highly contentious altercation unfolded between reality TV personality Erica Mena and Dancehall sensation Spice. Known for its drama and confrontations, the show took a particularly disturbing turn as this heated exchange featured the use of a racial slur, resulting in significant backlash against Mena.
The confrontation reached a boiling point when Spice made a claim that Mena’s eldest son harbored negative feelings toward his own mother. In a fit of anger, Mena lashed out by physically flipping a table on the “So Mi Like It” artist. Her response was equally disturbing, as she not only wished death upon Spice but also used a racially derogatory term.
Mena’s explosive remark included a horrifying statement regarding Spice’s health scare from the previous year: “That bi**h should’ve died!,” Mena exclaimed. In retort, Spice countered, “Your son hates you, bi**h!” Mena, in a further display of hostility, uttered a racial slur directed at Spice. “You monkey, you f**king blue monkey!”

In the aftermath of this distressing incident, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta franchise took to its social media platforms to issue a statement regarding Erica Mena’s future on the show. The statement read, “The Love & Hip Hop franchise has never shied away from hard conversations in our community. Working hand-in-hand with our partners, viewers will see the impact of Erica Mena’s remarks play out in the final three episodes of the season. Effective immediately, she will not appear in the next season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.”
Spice, on the other hand, responded to the situation by sharing her perspective on social media. In a since-deleted Instagram post, she raised questions about Erica’s actions. Spice queried, ““Kids are off limits right??????? But I guess it’s only when I ask cause where’s the same energy when Scrappy and Stevie J talked about it.” She concluded her post with a pointed reference to Mena’s derogatory remarks, saying, “But now I’m a Monkey and should have died on the table? Ok, Erica.”
