Remy Ma is facing additional charges following an alleged assault against fellow Love and Hip Hop: New York star, Brittany Taylor, according to TMZ.
Turning herself in earlier this month on the assault charge, the Bronx native appeared in court Tuesday (May 24), where prosecutors filed for four additional charges against the rapper, including two counts of assault in the third degree, one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and one count of harassment in the second degree.
Remy was given the option of a plea deal where she would have to plead guilty to the top charge and enter anger management in exchange for having the other charges dropped. However, TMZ reports that she has rejected the deal.
Remy Ma is less than three months away from completing her parole, stemming from her six-year bid in prison for a 2008 shooting.
She is scheduled to stand trial in July.
