Heavyweights in the hip-hop world, Curren$y and Jermaine Dupri, have teamed up for an exciting collaboration that has fans eagerly anticipating more. The duo recently teased their upcoming project, “For Motivational Use Only Vol. 1,” by performing a snippet of their soulful track, “Never Enough,” on the popular music platform From The Block.

The New Orleans-born rapper, Curren$y, has been on a hot streak, releasing a string of successful projects, including his critically acclaimed collaboration with The Alchemist, “Continuance.” Now, he’s partnering with So So Def founder Jermaine Dupri to deliver even more fire to the rap scene.

“This is the most confident I’ve ever felt in my music. What I had to overcome while making this album changed my entire creative process, and the fans deserve to see the growth from that,” Blxst said in a press release. “I would be doing a disservice to not reach the heights I dreamed of reaching when I first started as an artist. No better time than now.”

JT Releases Her Debut Mixtape “City Cinderella”

Former City Girls member JT has released her debut solo mixtape, City Cinderella.

Supported by the previously released singles “No Bars,” “Sideways,” “Okay,” and the “Okay (Remix)” featuring Jeezy, the project features 17 tracks with additional contributions from DJ Khaled, Stunna Girl, and Clip.

City Cinderella serves as a follow-up to City Girls’ last studio album, Raw. The mixtape was also accompanied by a documentary showcasing JT’s process of creating the mixtape.

“People work on their albums for a year; albums are just different. So City Cinderella is not my first album, being that I made this project so damn fast,” the Miami rapper told PAPER. “I had to create this project throughout the tour and moving around, so I didn’t have time to really nurture and doctor it. This is just something that I’m putting out with my pure instincts.”
