G Herbo Admits to Cheating on Ex-Girlfriend Ari Fletcher with Taina Williams

On Thursday (Dec. 22), G Herbo was a guest on the latest episode of REVOLT’s Caresha Please.

During the hour long episode which has amassed a million view in 24 hours, Yung Miami and G Herbo got into a slew of topics, including his new album Survivor’s Remorse, PTSD, and infidelity.

G Herbo admitted to Yung Miami that he cheated on Ari with Taina Williams. “Did you cheat on Ari with Taina?” Yung Miami followed up. “Yea,” said G Herbo.  “Technically, yea. I was young, I was dumb. I ain’t know no better. I was just doing shit.”

He then got into detail about why him and Ari Fletcher didn’t last and what he’s learned from the situation (18:25).

“Me and Ari was at a space, and I done talked to her about this already, I done already bid my peace and apologized,” G Herbo began. “But we was at a space where, like I said, mentally I be going through shit and I gotta separate myself from shit. Me and her was having our differences but that was no excuse to cheat on her, that was not why I cheated on her. I didn’t intentionally do all that.”

He then went into detail on how the infidelity started.

“I was naïve to that though,” he explained. “I ain’t never been around a woman who was suffering from postpartum depression or none of that. And at the same time, when she was going through that, I had just lost one of my best friends, I lost my homie C Money. So I was super stressed and shit. But that ain’t no excuse, I ain’t making no excuse. I had to make peace with myself early on. Cuz I thought I was right back then.”

“We was at a space where we wasn’t communicating like that,” he continued. “We wasn’t having sex, I wasn’t coming home to my family, I’m sleeping in the studio every night. So in my brain, I’m like, ‘Aight, I ain’t cheating ’cause I’m not having sex with her and going and having sex with somebody else.’ But in actuality I was though.”

Kai Cenat has managed to get his hands on an unreleased track by Drake and Lil Yachty.

The track, reportedly titled “SuperSoak,” samples “Goodness Gracious” by Mr. Hotspot. There’s no word yet on whether Drake or Lil Yachty will officially release it.

“Watching the moves and playin’ it close / S.O.D., super soaked / Rainy days isn’t hers, matchin’ coat / We f**k on the jet, it feel like a boat, stayin’ afloat,” raps Drake. This is the latest we’ve heard from him since the announcement of his appearance on Honestly, Nevermind producer Gordo’s forthcoming album, DIAMANTE, set to drop this Friday, July 26.

As fans anticipate the third and final installment of his trilogy, which follows 2020’s After Hours and 2022’s Dawn FM, The Weeknd has teased them with a new trailer on his social media accounts. The Toronto native captioned the video with, “When you gaze long enough into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you,” quoting German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche.

The trailer features two new tracks, offering a taste of what’s to come before his one-night-only show in São Paulo, Brazil, on September 7 at Estádio Morumbi. This teaser comes on the heels of his appearance on Future and Metro Boomin’s collaborative LP, We Don’t Trust You, released earlier this year.
