Tekashi 6ix9ine Reportedly Kidnapped, Beaten, and Hospitalized
Just hours ago, 6ix9ine released his brand new single ‘FEFE’ featuring Nicki Minaj. However, the Brooklyn native’s slick mouth has finally caught up to him.
According to TMZ, the controversial rapper was shooting a music video at the wee hours of 4 AM, Sunday morning (7/22) in his hometown of Brooklyn and decided to go home after wrapping things up. The three men then proceeded to put an unconscious 6ix9ine into the back seat of their vehicle and drove around the block while telling him that if he did not give up his jewelry and money, they would kill him. The three men then made their back to Tekashi 6ix9ine’s home and made their way inside where they able to get away with 750k in jewelry and $15k to $20k in cash.
6ix9ine’s child and child’s mother were in the home, however, were left unharmed. 6ix9ine, who was still in the back seat of the gunmen’s vehicle, jumped out of the moving vehicle (after they left his Brooklyn home) and began being chased after one of the three gunmen. Tekashi 6ix9ine reportedly jumped into a stranger’s car from the passenger side and pleaded for them to call 911.
6ix9ine got out of the car at an intersection where an ambulance and police arrived. He was transported to a nearby hospital.

Judge Whitaker explained his sentence:
“Essentially is 40 years, to serve the first five years in prison, but commuted to the time that you have already served. Followed by 15 years on probation. Followed then by the back-loaded 20 years; which can be served in custody and will be serve in custody if you are not successful on your probation. If you are successful in completing your 15 years probation, that will be commuted to time served.”
For the first time since the trial began nearly two years ago, Thug addressed the court, sharing, “I am a smart guy, I am a good guy, and I really got a good heart,” he told the judge. “I found myself in a lot of stuff because I was just nice and cool, and I understand you can’t be that way when you reach a certain height because it could end bad.”
The YSL RICO case kicked off on May 9, 2022, when Young Thug, along with Gunna, was named in a massive 56-count indictment targeting YSL members. Charges ranged from murder and armed robbery to gang activity. Thug was held without bond, and his trial began in January 2023 with extensive jury selection.
Gunna had already entered an Alford plea in December 2022, meaning he admitted guilt for one charge while maintaining innocence, stating it was in his best interest to avoid trial.
