Following two delays, the Ashanti and Keyshia Cole VERZUZ battle finally happened Thursday, Jan. 21.

Followed by the battle between E-40 and Too Short, the anticipation for the battle between Keyshia Cole and Ashanti had fizzled out a bit after the first delay when Ashanti caught COVID back in December. With over a million people watching, despite Keyshia Cole’s tardiness, Ashanti and Cole went head to head for almost two hours.
